maintaining the sites to global standards: Our USP’s are:
a) Putting
in place an accountable system by benchmarking the existing system
and guaranteeing deliverables against these standards. Where no data
exists we use the first 3 – 4 months or as agreed to by the customer
to generate this data and then use this to bench mark.
b) We
use Best Engineering Practices Only.
c) We
are, by virtue of Association of Senior Management, the one of the
very few companies to put in place system of Planned Preventive
Maintenance followed by Developed countries
d) Ensure
compliance by our vendors to 29 CFR OSHA standards at all our
Project work sites.
e) Suppliers
chosen for catering are continuously monitored to ensure compliance
with at least level 1 of U.S.P.H. standards.
f) We
Interact with Architects at the planning stage to ensure max.
compliance with EHS standards (wherever we are also the PMCs).
g) We
enter into SLA’s with the client thereby ensuring that it is our
responsibility to deliver to the client’s expectation and the client
is free to devote their entire time to their core competence.
h) We
comply with all local laws. Apart from the mandatory Industrial and
Labour Law. We do not recommend use of banned substances incl. those
used in janitorial and pest Control services which will endanger the
environment. We also recommend compliance and where the facility is
provided comply with waste management laws.
i) The
personnel deployed will all be experienced in their field of
operations.
j) We
will submit periodic reports to Management which will not only give
an overview of the activities of the month reported on but will also
importantly give the report card for the month where issues of
Response time, failures of equipment, Incident and Accidents if any,
expenditure incurred vis-à-vis the targeted amount for the month etc
. If it is to be on line, the customer will have to provide
networking facilities.
Importantly the above US.P.’s will result in the
client being able to concentrate on their core business with the
knowledge that the activities that facilitate their core business is
in good hands.
