The Project
Management team of RDS has mastered the technique of meeting client's
requirements of adhering to the demanding constraints of time, cost and
quality, to provide effective co-ordination of a complex development
schedule with the interdependency of all elements.
Enjoy the economies of
one-stop shopping.
Our careful coordination of all phases of design, engineering and
construction can put your project on a fast track. In a traditional
construction approach, architects, engineers, general contractor and
construction managers are contracted. Each operates separately and then
passes work along to the next contributor with minimal coordination and
sharing of information.
Our
design-build approach involves designers, engineers and construction
professionals to "value engineer" the facility throughout all phases of the
project, an approach that maximizes both efficiency and quality. Early phase
construction may begin while design of final phases is still underway. With
integrated communication of design and construction, potential problems can
be foreseen and corrected early. Ongoing input by estimators means more
accurate cost information, while our market tie ups allow for more
sophisticated and cost-effective purchasing practices
